TERMS
Terms of Use
These terms govern access to the CoachMeFit coaching pilot. Please read them before creating an account or accepting an invitation.
Version 1.1 · Effective 16 October 20261. Agreement and pilot scope
By creating a coach account, accepting a client invitation, or using CoachMeFit, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These Terms form an agreement between you and CoachMeFit, the operator of the CoachMeFit pilot.
CoachMeFit currently operates as a limited pilot for approved coaches and the clients they invite into separate workspaces. Features may change as the service is tested and improved.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- Provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
- Keep credentials confidential and use a unique, strong password.
- Do not share an account or use another person's invitation.
- Notify support promptly if an account or device may be compromised.
- Use the service only if you can legally agree to these Terms. A minor may use it only with all legally required parent or guardian involvement and coach authorisation.
Coaches are responsible for ensuring they are authorised to invite each client and to handle client information for the coaching relationship.
3. Coaching, health, and emergency disclaimer
CoachMeFit is a record-keeping, communication, and accountability tool. It does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, emergency monitoring, or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. The coach—not the software—is responsible for their coaching services, recommendations, qualifications, and relationship with each client.
Exercise, diet, and lifestyle changes can involve risk. Users should consider their circumstances, seek appropriate professional advice, and stop activity that causes pain or concerning symptoms. Do not use CoachMeFit for emergencies. Contact local emergency services when urgent help is required.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use CoachMeFit unlawfully or to harass, exploit, or endanger another person.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use or disclose.
- Attempt to access another client, workspace, account, or private media without authorisation.
- Probe, bypass, disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload security or service controls, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Introduce malware, automate abusive traffic, or misrepresent identity or qualifications.
- Use messages or photos for unsolicited marketing or any purpose unrelated to the coaching relationship.
5. User content and permissions
Users retain their rights in content they submit. You grant CoachMeFit a limited permission to host, copy, transmit, display, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and meet legal obligations. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to submit it.
Content is visible within the coaching relationship as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive material.
6. Fees and payments
Platform access is no-charge during this pilot. A coach may separately agree coaching fees with a client outside CoachMeFit. Any fee entries shown in CoachMeFit are informational records entered by the coach; they are not invoices or proof that CoachMeFit processed a payment. CoachMeFit does not currently process Razorpay, card, bank, or UPI payments. Payment disputes between a coach and client must be handled directly between them.
7. Availability and changes
Because this is a pilot, the service may contain defects or experience interruptions. We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue a feature to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the product. Where practical, we will try to communicate material changes that affect active users. Users should keep independent copies of records they are required to retain.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected misuse, violation of these Terms, legal compliance, or protection of users. A user may stop using the service at any time and may request export or deletion as described in the support instructions. Coach workspace deletion requires review because it may affect invited clients and shared records.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the pilot is provided on an “as available” basis without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right, warranty, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent liability can be limited, CoachMeFit is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the pilot, third-party services, or the independent acts or advice of a coach or client.
10. Changes, disputes, and contact
We may update these Terms as the pilot evolves. The published version and effective date identify the terms then in force. Applicable law governs despite anything in these Terms, including mandatory consumer protections. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to understand and resolve the issue.
